Apogee X and Apogee WebApproval is an integrated workflow system that provides advanced capabilities and control of your job. Our customers now have the ability to create their own fully integrated print ready PDF’s through our Apogee X customer porthole. Our customers have the ability to manage the PDF creation, preflighting, trapping, proofing, and the export of workflow optimised PDF files, all from their computer.

Once the PDF proof is generated it then can be shared simultaneously between multiple users in real time. Each user can add their comments and then the author of the PDF can determine what changes to leave and what changes to make.
